Circumstances of Disappearance
Harry Dennis Milligan, 21, went out with friends in Albia, Iowa, on Saturday night, June 30, 1984. He was last seen alive in the early morning hours on Sunday, July 1, 1984, and later reported missing to the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office in Albia. Milligan owned and drove a 1977 maroon two-door Pontiac Grand Am, which had current 1984 Iowa license plates and tags. Neither Milligan nor his vehicle has been seen since the night Milligan disappeared under suspicious circumstances. The Iowa Department of Public Safety classifies Milligan’s disappearance as “Involuntary.”
