Date found February 29, 2016 Kings County, New York

Possible homeless individual squatting in the abandoned house. Dog tags with "Army Strong" on one side and a quote from Joshua 1:9 on the other side. Used a bed roll.

I have not seen my father in over 20 plus years, however he had burn marks on his arm, that’s the only way I can know if that’s him
He was a homeless veteran who served in Vietnam who lived in Brooklyn
