20 to 35 year old White Male

Discovered October 24, 1987 in Luce County, Michigan

Military-style camouflage clothing, including: a jacket, pants, green camouflage t-shirt, green belt, green wool socks, black combat-style boots. (Not Military Issue)

News reports say he had old trauma injuries to the face and leg with a metal rod in his leg. They said he could have been there from 4 months to 2 years prior to being discovered. (See articles below)

He resembles a guy I knew named Terrance knight. He lived I think in Pontiac at one time. I can't remember the last year I saw him but i think it was before 1987. As far as i know he was never in the military but could have bought clothes at a military outlet or supply store because they would have been inexpensive.

Debi - Did Terrance have any accidents where he had facial trauma or a broken leg? I found some news reports on this case so I was just curious.

No, sorry. I lost contact with him in the late 70's early 80's. He was always kind of a drifter. If he went missing, sadly, I'm not sure someone would really notice, they would think he was just roaming around or staying on someone's couch.

Terry was a drifter. He couch surfed. If he ever went missing I'm not sure anyone would notice - which is very sad.

I was wondering if the rod that was placed in his thigh had a number or company name on it? If it does perhaps his identity can be searched through a hospital that way. Not sure I'd they kept records like that then, but my dad was hit by a car in the late 60s early 70s and had to have a metal rod put in his thigh area as well. Just a thought.

Good thought. Tammy. I don't know if those type of rods had serial numbers or not. I sincerely hope they can positively identify this man.
