​Circumstances:
Unknown white male, homeless, entered the JFK Ferry docked at the Staten Island Ferry Terminal, went below deck into the fire vessel room, and somehow activated the fire alarm system, which caused the room to fill with carbon dioxide. When the FDNY responded they found the male unconscious, taken to Bayley Seton Hospital, where he was pronounced.
